PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR MERCURY RECALLS BY LOST STARS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars Membership Program “Membership Program”. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars for products, services, or otherwise.
Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Membership Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Membership Program at any time and at its sole discretion.
Your participation in the Membership Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications.
The Membership Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are aged below 18, you may only use the Membership Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars Membership Program
The Membership Program is one way in which Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronising at Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars stores. The registration process may require that you provide the following information using the online registration form: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number (all four required in order to receive all eligible benefits), birthday month, and residential location.
The Membership Program benefits are determined based on the amount of credit you store (top-up) in your registered and activated Membership Program.
- Membership Program registered and activated in Hong Kong cannot be used in Lost Stars Livehouse Bar & Eatery and Corsican Stars..
- For each qualified purchase, you will receive one (1) “coin” for each HKD25 spent in Hong Kong.
- coins are rounded down – e.g. when you spend HKD110, you will receive four (4) coins, non-inclusive of service charge.
- coins can be used to redeem cash voucher at the participating outlets. Cash Voucher can be used to purchase items at the participating outlets. These items include food, beverage, but cannot be used to purchase Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars branded merchandise.
- One (1) coin has the same value as HKD25.
- coins can only be spent/used in multiples of 10 and cash voucher can only be redeemed by coins. For example, when you pay for a bill of HKD $45, you can either use (4) $10 voucher + HKD$5 cash, or (5) $10 voucher as payment.
- The accumulated coins cannot be redeemed or exchanged in cash.
- Any misuse of the Membership Program leads to immediate and definitive disqualification for any further membership or use of the Membership Program.
- Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars reserves the right to change the way “coins” are spent and accrued at any time prior to notice of Membership Program holders.
- Once you reach a specific level within Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars Membership Program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level only.
- Should the Membership Program member lose his/her phone, or should the phone with the activated Membership Program be stolen, Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars cannot be held liable in the event that it was not reasonably possible for it to fulfil its obligations. Under any circumstances whatsoever Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars is fully waived of any liabilities.
- After the expiration of the Purple, Orange, and Green level status, the level status will automatically proceed to Yellow Level.
- Effective from 1 Jan 2024, All the coins accumulated will expire on 31st Dec 2024 at 0:00.
